The challenge

In a disrupted world how could we assist drivers to better navigate through their day with ease?

This is one of hundred questions Jaguar and Land Rover asked aiming to upgrade their in car systems.

With a strong centred design approach, we began by analysing the market - interviewing and conducting user testing to understand end users (drivers) better.

Finally, we came up with creative solution that would assist, inform and entertain drivers so they can get on with their day.

A safer experience

Working with prestige brands like Jaguar and Land Rover is about so much more than delivering elegance and precision.

That's why we developed a set of guidelines meeting accessibility specifications to allow drivers to enjoy an experience that is cohesive and, above all else, safe.

Our design provides a user experience that works whether cars are being driven at day or at night… on the right or on the left.

Tailored to the driver

Meet the new Jaguar and Land Rover Personal Assistant.

Drivers can personalise this dashboard companion with the information they care about when they are "on the go".

Quick to set up, it allows drivers to pull together a range of information in one place. As well as synching schedules and checking weather, drivers can access their favourite Spotify playlists and even link their car to their smart home management.
